The council have now published their parking (and bins) consultation, with a detailed map of bin and parking locations, and details of the parking controls and permits.
Parking spaces reduced by 50% in most streets.
No pavement improvements other than ban on pavement parking.
Residents’ parking permits.
£5 for visitors to park, up to 10pm.
On-street bins in Regent Park Square and Queen Square.

The council’s pdf plan is near impossible to interrogate, as it loads so poorly. So we are really grateful to Paul Hart who has converted it to something more manageable. You can access his version here – it is a vast improvement and zooms instantly.
