Rainbow Pre-school, based in the old baptist church on Queens Drive, is holding what is hoped will be the first of many fundraising bake sales this Tuesday, 4th October. All are very welcome to come along and buy home baking provided by the teachers, parents and grandparents of the toddlers who attend. All funds raised will go towards buying toys for the nursery, paying for outings and providing fruit and veg for snack time.

Thanks to everyone who came along to the sale today. It was great to see faces from the wider community as well as mums, dads, grandparents and friends. The sale made much more than we anticipated and will make a big difference to the funds for extra toys and trips. In fact, it was so successful we’re hoping to make it a regular event!
